November is national adoption month!!! It is also the month in which House Bill HR 4373 and Senate Bill S 3616 goes to the floor for vote. I cannot urge you enough, our as the apostle Paul would say: beseech you, to contact your Representative and both of your Senators and ask that they co-sponsor their respective bill so that the adoption tax credit can pass and continue to give families the ability to adopt and certainly give the world's babies loving homes! This bill doesn't distinguish between the type of adoption. It provides a tax credit for all adoptions, domestic, private, foster, and international. This bill is so very necessary, I can't begin to explain. Please follow the link below to read what Holt has written about why this is important. It breaks it down entirely for full understanding. BTW-I picked out the recordable book for Isaiah's birthday care package and cried while standing in Hallmark. If you know me, this is a big deal. I'm not a crier. The book is called "Under the Same Moon". I don't know how I'm going to record myself reading it, I have no concerns about Chris' pages, but mine...sheesh.
